All bow ties are made of felt, attached to an elastic band and connect via velcro.

 This wreath is wrapped with hot pink felt bows, wrapped in twine at the top, and has a ruby red felt heart hanging in the middle. It's connected to a skinny strip of felt used as the wreath hanger and ties onto the wreath itself. I am selling it for $17.
